Sore throat

Individuals aged 5 years or over.

The common symptoms of a sore throat include: 

  • A painful, scratchy feeling in your throat 
  • Pain in your throat when talking or swallowing 
  • Struggling to swallow 
  • Swollen glands in your neck or jaw that are sore to the touch 
  • Enlarged, red tonsils 
  • A white coating or pus on your tonsils
